Jag tog stora doser chlorellapulver (ca 18 g 3 g\u00e5nger om dagen, kombinerat med bj\u00f6rnvitl\u00f6k och koriander modertinktur). Allt detta under en period av cirka 3 m\u00e5nader, sedan samma sak men med 12 g taget 2 g\u00e5nger om dagen fram till idag. De f\u00f6rsta resultaten jag s\u00e5g var en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av mitt fysiska tillst\u00e5nd och i min moral: Jag k\u00e4nde att jag hade \u00e5teruppt\u00e4ckt min livsgl\u00e4dje.<\/p>\n<p>Efter flera m\u00e5nader (ca 6 m\u00e5nader) ins\u00e5g jag att jag inte hade haft n\u00e5gon av mina vanliga vinterf\u00f6rkylningar och sjukdomar: ingenting, ingen influensa, ingen gastro, etc! \u00c4nd\u00e5 blev alla runt omkring mig sjuka.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan i v\u00e5ras \u00e4r mina muskelsm\u00e4rtor och kontrakturer tre g\u00e5nger mindre och jag gl\u00f6mmer att g\u00e5 till mina fysio- och osteosessioner.<\/p>\n<p>Min artros f\u00f6rsvinner i bakgrunden (jag har tagit Chondrosulf sedan december, visserligen) men jag kan k\u00e4nna att mitt tillst\u00e5nd \u00e4r mycket mindre inflammatoriskt \u00e4n tidigare.<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00e4nner mig lite som om jag g\u00e5r tillbaka i tiden och jag kan se att jag \u00e4r i b\u00e4ttre form \u00e4n n\u00e5gra av mina kollegor i min \u00e5lder (jag \u00e4r n\u00e4stan 59).<\/p>\n<p>Jag har inte testat min tungmetallf\u00f6rgiftning sedan jag p\u00e5b\u00f6rjade denna kur, men jag \u00e4r s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att min kropp fungerar b\u00e4ttre och det f\u00e5r mig att vilja forts\u00e4tta: f\u00f6r \u00e4rligt talat, vem vill sluta n\u00e4r det \u00e4ntligen inte g\u00f6r ont <strong>l\u00e4ngre<\/strong> och <strong>man m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre i kropp och sj\u00e4l<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Denna f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av mitt fysiska tillst\u00e5nd har uppmuntrat mig att forts\u00e4tta min forskning och jag har b\u00f6rjat med gymnastik igen ut\u00f6ver min dagliga promenad; jag har ocks\u00e5 slutat med min (mycket blygsamma) konsumtion av vin och av kost- och milj\u00f6sk\u00e4l funderar jag ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 att minska min k\u00f6ttkonsumtion.<\/p>\n<p>Denna chlorellakur har blivit en daglig rutin som jag inte t\u00e4nker sluta med!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a class=\"btn btn-default\">Denise<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jag har lidit i 8 \u00e5r av Hashimotos hypotyreos, matintolerans,artros och muskulotendin\u00f6s sm\u00e4rta samt s\u00f6mnst\u00f6rningar.
