De tv\u00e5 mest anv\u00e4nda och studerade arterna \u00e4r chuii och suecica.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mikroalgen <strong><em>Tetraselmis<\/em><\/strong><strong> chuii <\/strong> f\u00f6rdes upp p\u00e5 den positiva listan \u00f6ver nya livsmedel som publicerades av EU:s tillsynsmyndighet 2017. Dess egenskaper g\u00f6r att den kan marknadsf\u00f6ras som ett kosttillskott <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[*].<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Den har l\u00e4nge anv\u00e4nts i vattenbruk f\u00f6r att utfodra kr\u00e4ftdjurslarver, yngel och sm\u00e5fisk. Den \u00e4r mycket uppskattad i kulinariska beredningar och anv\u00e4nds redan av n\u00e5gra av v\u00e4rldens fr\u00e4msta kockar, i framkant av nya smaker.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><a id=\"utilisation\"><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Hur man anv\u00e4nder torkad Tetraselmis chuii<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Torkad Tetraselmis chuii \u00e4r ett livsmedel och kan konsumeras som ett kosttillskott tack vare de v\u00e4rdefulla \u00e4mnen som den inneh\u00e5ller. Den anv\u00e4nds ofta i blandningar med chlorella och spirulina f\u00f6r att kombinera smak och f\u00e4rg.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><a id=\"bienfaits\"><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Bevisade f\u00f6rdelar, vetenskapliga publikationer<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mikroalger \u00e4r naturliga k\u00e4llor till flerom\u00e4ttade lipider, i synnerhet omega 3, som \u00e4r ov\u00e4rderliga f\u00f6r v\u00e5r h\u00e4lsa (Lee I Han 2015) <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. \u00c5r 2015 publicerade \u00f6sterrikiska forskare (Faruq Ahmed m.fl.) <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> en rankning av de mikroalger som \u00e4r rikast p\u00e5 flerom\u00e4ttade fettsyror <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[**].<\/a> Det verkar som om Tetraselmis suecica \u00e4r en av de fyra mikroalger som inneh\u00e5ller mest karotenoider, tillsammans med Dunaliella salina, Isochrysis galbana och Pavlova salina.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dessa mikroalger b\u00f6r f\u00e5 en stark industriell utveckling inom en snar framtid, tack vare de k\u00e4llor till naturliga karotenoider som de utg\u00f6r. F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande anv\u00e4nds de redan i stor utstr\u00e4ckning inom vattenbruket, s\u00e4rskilt i kl\u00e4ckerier.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Med tanke p\u00e5 denna stora utmaning har forskarna studerat variationer i lipidinneh\u00e5llet, s\u00e4rskilt omega 3, som en funktion av produktionsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena. Det visar sig att ljusintensitet och salthalt \u00e4r k\u00e4nsliga faktorer n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller mikroalgernas slutliga egenskaper (Adarme Vega 2014) <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>, (Mohammadi 2015) <a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> (Mouna Dammak 2016) <a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5].<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Tetraselmis har f\u00f6ljande egenskaper:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Antioxidant (Banskota 2013) <a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>, (Amna Kashif 2018) <a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>.<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Antifungal (Amna Kashif 2018)[ <a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">7<\/a>].<\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Hudskyddande, \u00e5ldersf\u00f6rebyggande (Carballo-Cardenas 2003) <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[8]<\/a> (Jo, WS Cho 2010) <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[9]<\/a><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Antiinflammatoriskt (Jo, WS Cho 2010) (Nauroth 2010) <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[10]<\/a> (Mobraten 2013) <a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[11]<\/a> (Ruairi Robertson 2015) <a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[12]<\/a><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> &#8211; Anti-cancer: anti-apoptotisk, anti-apoptotisk, anti-angiogen (Maeda 2018) <a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[13]<\/a>(Spencer 2009)<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[14<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">]<\/a><a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">De antiinflammatoriska effekterna av<a href=\"https:\/\/www.echlorial.se\/blog\/alger-som-motverkar-alzheimer\/\">t\u00e5ngextrakt<\/a> har lyfts fram av m\u00e5nga forskare.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mobraten och hans team <a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[11]<\/a> visade de antiinflammatoriska egenskaperna hos PUFA <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[**]<\/a>. De avslutar sina studier med att konstatera att flerom\u00e4ttade lipider som EPA, DHA och AA <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[***]<\/a> p\u00e5verkar inflammatoriska processer. Enligt forskarna skulle kunskap om dessa v\u00e4rdefulla lipiders verkan kunna vara till hj\u00e4lp i kampen mot inflammatoriska sjukdomar, s\u00e4rskilt de som \u00e4r kopplade till kronisk inflammation i tarmen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kanadensiska forskare har p\u00e5visat den kraftfulla antioxidativa aktiviteten hos T.chuii (Banskota 2013) (9). Koreanska forskare har ocks\u00e5 bekr\u00e4ftat de antioxidativa egenskaperna hos mikroalgen Tetraselmis. Deras resultat har ocks\u00e5 lett till att de kunnat p\u00e5visa svampd\u00f6dande aktivitet och tyrosinash\u00e4mmande effekter (*)<a name=\"_ftnref3\" href=\"#_ftn3\">[****]<\/a> hos vissa vattenl\u00f6sliga polysackarider som extraherats fr\u00e5n Tetraselmis (Amna Kashif 2018) (10).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Nederl\u00e4ndska forskare har lyft fram de skyddande effekterna av Tetraselmis suecica eftersom det ocks\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ller vitamin E, som \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r sina antioxidativa egenskaper (Carballo-Cardenas 2003) ( <a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">8<\/a>).
