Muriel Cathaud har en doktorsexamen i fysik och kemi fr\u00e5n Claude Bernard-universitetet i Lyon och arbetade i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r med medicinsk forskning (3). \u00c5r 2002 blev hon konsult inom innovation i h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rdssektorn och d\u00e4refter forskningsprofessor.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samtidigt, och sedan m\u00e5nga \u00e5r tillbaka, har hon kontakt med professor Karl Steinberg, en gammal v\u00e4n som hon tr\u00e4ffade n\u00e4r hon arbetade med sin avhandling. Det var professor Steinberg, en erk\u00e4nd vetenskapsman, som \u00f6vertygade henne om Chlorella-mikroalgens<\/a> f\u00f6rtr\u00e4fflighet.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muriel, som \u00e4r utbildad vetenskapsman, genomf\u00f6rde en hel del forskning och testade chlorellans<\/a> effekter p\u00e5 sig sj\u00e4lv och alla i sin omgivning. \u00c5r 2002 b\u00f6rjade hon sprida ordet om chlorella i Frankrike (4). Vid den tiden var detta naturliga kosttillskott n\u00e4stan helt ok\u00e4nt i Europa. \u00c4n idag \u00e4r dess egenskaper endast k\u00e4nda av en liten krets av invigda.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muriel Cathaud \u00e4r nu erk\u00e4nd som Frankrikes ledande ekologiska chlorellaspecialist<\/a>. I sin bok har hon sammanst\u00e4llt kunskaperna fr\u00e5n n\u00e4stan 20 \u00e5rs vetenskaplig \u00f6vervakning, m\u00f6ten med m\u00e5nga specialister och otaliga diskussioner med konsumenter av chlorella (5,6,7,8,9).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
