En ny vetenskaplig studie som genomf\u00f6rdes i Schweiz och publicerades i <em>Nature Aging<\/em> ger goda nyheter: en enkel daglig gest, som att ta en<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.echlorial.se\/18-omega-3-vegan\">omega-3<\/a><\/strong>kan bromsa det biologiska \u00e5ldrandet &#8230; till en minimal kostnad och med best\u00e5ende f\u00f6rdelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Omega-3, D-vitamin och fysisk aktivitet: den vinnande trion f\u00f6r \u00f6kad vitalitet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Upp till 4 m\u00e5nader av biologisk &#8221;f\u00f6ryngring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4stan 800 personer i \u00e5ldern 70 \u00e5r och \u00e4ldre deltog i studien. De som tog ett gram omega-3 dagligen i tre \u00e5r uppvisade en l\u00e5ngsammare \u00e5ldrandeprocess &#8211; i genomsnitt <strong>3 m\u00e5nader mindre \u00e4n<\/strong> de andra deltagarna.
